Chris and the service department did a fabulous job fixing my car! Previously, I took it to a supposedly reputable mechanic shop. Not only did the other mechanic shop not fix the problem but they didn’t even diagnosis the problem correctly. I decided to take it to the dealership and I’m so glad I did! My vehicle runs like new! He sent a text to keep me updated on the progress. Later, Terri followed up to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. Great service and great results!! Thank you so very much. Had an issue with an oil leak from a loose oil filter that had been served at the dealership. I took my parents Equinox in for them to check on the problem and not only did they service the vehicle for free but they also gave them another free service for the next time.
